Spring & Summer Activities:

      City of Fullerton "Spring and Summer Highlights", published by the Parks & Recreation Department, features most of these activities, as well as a comprehensive listing of various city sponsored classes on hobbies, music, sports, etc. You will find this publication at city locations and public libraries.

      "Camp Hillcrest" organized by the Fullerton Community services department: from April 7 to April 11, then in June 19 to Friday August 18: Registration starts May 10th, space is limited so call: 714-738-6575. Features Active games and team sports, Field Trip excursions, Swim Days and , Arts and craft activities for 5-8 year-olds and 9-12 year olds, from 10:00am to 4pm ($120)/ or 7:30am to 6pm ($180). Cost is $120/$180/per child per week.

      "Camp Playgrounds " organized by the Fullerton Community services department: from Wednesday June 21 to Friday August 18: Registration starts June 5th, space is limited so call: 714-738-6575. Features Active games and team sports, Field Trip excursions, Educational Enrichment and Arts and craft activities for 5-8 year-olds and 9-12 year olds, from 12:00am to 4pm (FREE)@ Chapman Park, Gilbert Park, Richman Park.

      Summer School of the Arts
      Two exciting programs organized by "All the arts for all the kids foundation":
      1)All the Arts!; a week of classes in art, music, dance and theatre fo K thru 5th graders. 2)Arts Learning Activities Bus (Arts Lab)!; From idea, storyboard, filming to editing, 2-5th graders become moviemakers aboard a mobile digital arts studio.

      Multi-sports: "SkyHawks"; Offers Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football, Lacrosse, "Parent and Me" at various dates from 07/10 to 08/04. Cost is usually $148. This program is sponsored by the City of Fullerton, but run by a private entity: Skyhawks.     "Enrichment Summer School"
    Sponsored by the Fullerton Educational Foundation (FEF); provides high-qulaity enrichment by credentialed teachers for students entering grades 1 through 6. Choices of classes which incorporate math, science, language arts, social studies and computer technologies, prsented in a fun way.

A trained and enthusiastic staff provides opportunities for your teen to participate in activities that include arts & crafts, cooperative games, excursions, special events, and team sports tournaments." Fee is $20 registration, plus $10 to $30 per excursion/event. Events include Holiday Skate Center, Raging Waters, AMC movies @ the block, O.C.Fair, Magic Mountain, Knott's Soak City, Wild Rivers, Huntington Beach.

    Various sports camps in a safe a friendly environment, usually from 9am to 5pm (extended days are from 7:30am to 6:30pm), includes food in morning, lunch and afternoon: 1) Titan Youth Sports Camp, 06/26 to 08/04, lasts 6 weeks concurrently, 2) Learn to Swim, 06/19 to 08/11: 2 week sessions for children 6months and older, 3) Titan Youth Gymnastics, 08/07 to 08/11: 1 week camp for children 5 to 14 years of age.

    Afterschool Program (Orangethorpe school)
    This program is run a Orangethorpe or Maple school, by the City (Collaborative program) in contract with the Fullerton School District. Space is limited, and there is a fee. Runs from 01/03 to 06/09 providing homework assistance, educational enrichment and recreational activities on Weekdays until 6pm.
